• Modular Construction: The sword is printed in pieces, each designed to fit together using hexagon dowels with a 0.3 mm depth tolerance and 0.15 mm width tolerance for perfect alignment. These dowels ensure a secure fit, keeping your sword together like the valiant strength of the Rohirim.
• Superglue Assembly: Once the pieces are printed, simply use superglue to join them together. The process is straightforward, and the bond will hold strong—ready to endure any test of strength (or dramatic sword displays). No need for complex tools or reinforcements—just glue and you’re good to go.
• Some Internal Artifacts: While there are a few internal artifacts from the original file merge, rest assured they do not interfere with the print as a whole. These minor imperfections are purely internal and won’t affect the final result—your sword will be as sturdy and battle-ready as ever.
• Print Compatibility: The sword is sliced to fit within the dimensions of the X1C bed size, meaning you can print it easily without having to worry about cutting your design into multiple sections. For those with smaller beds, there’s a little bit of extra slicing magic that can help, but for the X1C, this is a smooth ride.
