Initiative Slider Board for Gloom- & Frosthaven

Welcome to Frost/Gloomhaven Paradise.

During a lot Sessions in the last year I created some stuff for the games. My Monster Standee is long up here, now comes this amazing magnetic Ini Board.

The magnets are printed inside. I testes many positions and magnets, but this worked the best, because you don't need to glue and the surface is flat for a better move.

Printing Tipps

In the print profiles are paused added, where you need to put the magnets into the holes. Every Slider needs one, and the stand needs 16; two per slot. With the magnets inside the slider stops a bit outside, and when the player/monster finished, you can slide it in and move to the next.

After Layer 19 is a stop. The images shows the end of Layer 19 before the stop. Just insert the magnets there. You need 6x2. N35 works best.

Adding own text

I also added a blank Slider that you can add own text to it in the slicer.

Create text on the front, choose Embed 1mm and add the text.

Then switch to the objects view and right click the new created text element. Select Change Type and choose modifier.

Change the color to your need.

If you don't have a AMS and want to print the text inset, change it to negative instead of modifier.

Lay the slider face down in the plate, and print.

Print Profiles

I added several Print Profiles with different options.

• Default ist AMS Version with for both games. Pick the plates you need.
• A Non AMS Single Color version, easy print.
• A Colored Layerswicth for Non AMS Colorprint.

All Print Profiles are stopping before Layer 20. Don't change the Layer heigth. With the 1.6m the magnets fits best.

General Info

If the tolerance of your magent is not good, and its a bit thicker you will probably no print in the first layer, but keep printing. The end will look good.
