Sky Team Board Game Material Set - Tokens & Inlays
Print Profile(1)

Description
A few notes:
for the most recent and complete version of the inlay set, print:
- dice tray from plate 1
- FullInlay V2
- Token Box V2
The picture gallery (2nd half) should give you a pretty clear picture on how to put the components in if you're unsure
UPDATE:
- new clip to insert the approache and altitude strips, unfortunately too wide to be clipped on permanently, still makes handling those parts a lot easier (with the exception of having to manually lift plane tokens off and put them in if you approach and still have them on your current distance field)
- new optimized full size inlay with extra spaces for the reroll tokens, intern markers, ability to put the approach stripes in a slot for easier access if you play multiple different airports in a row
- new token box with lid and custom cutout for my eleven switch and fuel gauge indicators
Game hack:
print a scaled down version of the attitude indicators to use with the crosswind game piece, handles a lot easier
Game info
Sky Team “Prepare For Landing” is a wonderful little cooperative board game for two players, beautifully designed and cleverly put together.
You use hidden dice rolls and pre-phase discussion to try and land a plane together as pilot and co-pilot. The Sky Team. A variety of airports presenting different challenges and even an expansion that I sadly haven't looked into yet provide quite a bit of replayability.
But like many games it suffers from having many small pieces that are sometimes hard to grab and handle, easy to lose or break, and fishing them all out of the box without a useful insert or inlay can be a bit of a pain.
I decided to change that.
Model Info
With this model set, you can find replacement tokens for many of the smallest ones, also box inserts so you can tidily put away all the original box contents AND the replacements you might have printed.
And if that isn't enough and you also want to pretty up the design, replace lost or broken pieces, have easier to grab game components or just want to put some variation into your game, I designed a bunch of replacements:
You will find different attitude indicators to replace the original clear plastic ones:
- a single material one with cutouts
- several multi-material ones to print with an AMS, including settings to use clear PETG
- those will also work with opaque materials or even in just one material as I have raised the plane and arrow design elements
- And because I had to, a biplane design version of it
There's also a 3D-replacement for the dice reroll tokens, if you want to make those a little cooler, printable with AMS in two colors with one filament change, or just in a single color, I recommend a bright-ish one so you can see the die faces.
Mutliple versions of flying vehicles to replace the wooden plane tokens, if they break, you lose them or you just want to use a cute biplane/GA or sports plane looking one, cuter and easier to grab passenger jets, a little fighter jet, zeppelins or my pride and joy, cute hot air balloons!
I designed replacement for the small switch pieces and aerodynamics indicators, that are easier to grab and handle. I did not print them yet in the original game colors, which is entirely optional.
Lastly there's a little tray to help you align the cardboard strips for your airport approaches better with the game board. simply put the stripes in, the board on top and it will not slide around as easily
I hope you enjoy printing, using and playing the game and have many exciting and succesful landings!
