Description
I found several designs on makerworld that all had filament jamming issues. The hardware store only had the most common pneumatic fittings. So I finally decided to make my own. I made several revisions and the final version is now very smooth. When printing, it is best to have a layer height of less than 0.16. Because in the design, the filament outlet is lower than 0.16, which will result in an overhang print. Also, the fitting needs to be able to accommodate a PTFE tube, or ask the shopkeeper to drill a hole in it when you buy it at the hardware store. There is a sectional model that shows the internal situation. It works perfectly now. I'm sharing it with you, feel free to download it and give it a try!
All three PTFE tubes need to be inserted all the way into the inside. The model is small, about 7-8 grams. The pneumatic fitting is the most common PC4-01 (3 of them), which is usually available at hardware stores.
