Filament Swatch Box (Mini Compatible)

A color swatch box compatible with official swatch dimensions, two prints are required to accommodate official swatches, suitable for storing custom filament swatches.

Refer to the original here for the capacity to hold official color swatches. The mini print of the original exhibits unsightly joining seams; those needing to store official swatches are advised to seek assistance from someone with a non-mini printer.

This is a miniaturized version, scaled down by half, designed to conveniently store your own filament swatches for easy color identification. Other modifications include:

• Increased infill at the base for enhanced stability
• Scaled up by 103% to eliminate fitting issues; no further scaling is needed. Tight fits may indicate burrs on the swatches or seams within the holes, requiring slight sanding.
• Ironing is unnecessary; the top surfaces seamlessly join internally. Only the base texture is visible; using aesthetically pleasing textured plates is recommended.

Swatches can be created using this print. 100% infill + ironing is recommended, resulting in a finish comparable to official injection molding (though material quality will also impact results).
