Cute little castle

  • Super cute little castle

You can try printing in multiple colors or using acrylic paints to paint

PrintingSpaghetti structure is not formed, not because of the file.. Check the consumables and temperature parameters.

Show printing material isBambu PLA Basic Jade White

Please adapt your consumables temperature before printing, any questions can be discussed in the comment area, welcome everyone to return the picture review! Thanks everyone!!!

  • 3D Printing Tips and Precautions

  • (All models released by this account have been tested and printed, and can be adapted to all models. Before printing, it is necessary to check whether the printer and consumables are normal. If you encounter problems that cannot be solved, feel free to send me a private message, I will try my best to help solve them!
  • Precautions:
  • If you encounter problems, you can go toRefer to the learning area:Print quality and troubleshooting | Bambu Lab Wiki
  • Make sure that the machine printing plate is clean. It is recommended to wipe it with 95-degree medical alcohol after each printing, which can ensure that the printing quality is stable and does not overturn.Because the oil residue on your hands after touching the printing panel will greatly reduce the adhesion of the print, and at the same time, the previous print debris and small residues of the print will also affect the print quality of the first layer, thereby reducing the finished product rate.
  • Pay attention to the drying of consumables (PLA generally does not need to be dried, and its basic moisture resistance is good), which will greatly affect your printing quality and printing experience! Consumables will inevitably become damp after being placed for a long time. If you encounter a stringy spaghetti situation, you need to ask the merchant for the drying parameters and printing parameters to adjust. Most merchants do not do drying treatment when the consumables are shipped from the factory, so you can pre-dry them if you have the conditions, and the printing effect will be better.
  • The choice of printing materials, appearance parts generally choose PLA, structural parts generally choose PEGT, the prices of these two materials are relatively close to the people, and the volatilization of toxic gases is almost zero. (For health reasons, it is best to have an air purifier running)
  • It is recommended to print new consumables from new manufacturersFirst time to calibrate the flow rate of the consumables, and modify the calibration coefficient, which will greatly affect your printing quality, and is also a necessary process for new consumables to adapt to your printer.
  • If you encounter a problem where the print suddenly becomes poor quality and the yield is low, Check if the nozzle is clogged, check if the printer is placed stably (it is safer to place it directly on the ground), you can also try to recalibrate the printer.
  • Print at the recommended speed in the model instructions. Overhang, model face count and print speed are directly related, a suitable speed (too fast or too slow is not good) will allow the material to have more time to cool and shape during deposition.
  • Set the hotbed and nozzle temperature according to different materials.Too high or too low temperature will cause warping, layered deformation or adhesion problems, thereby affecting printing quality and success rate. P1S and above models must open the glass door of the fuselage if the temperature inside the user cabin exceeds 35 degrees.
