Description

Flat print orientation for the best possible strength. No supports needed.

Print settings:

  • For outdoor use, it's better to use PETG.
  • For added strength, use these print settings: 3 perimeters, 3 bottom and 5 top layers, 15% gyroid infill.

Postproduction:

  • Glue bot halves together using superglue, printed pins will help with proper alignment.

To complete the sword, screw the handle into the end of the pool noodle. Suitable for noodles without central hole. No drilling holes needed. Before you screw it all the way in, apply glue to the end of the thread to secure handle in place.
