Overview
The “Position Securer AMS PTFE Guide V2 (Hook)” is an updated solution for securing the AMS PTFE Guide. This version is a significant improvement over the previous model, addressing some design challenges and offering a more reliable way to prevent the PTFE Guide from slipping or interfering with your print jobs. If you've struggled with your filament guide shifting or creating tension during use, this model might be the answer you're looking for.

Design Enhancements
In this V2 model, I moved away from the clamp design of the original. Instead, the PTFE Guide is now securely anchored to the AMS load buttons using a TPU hook. This design change solves previous issues with tolerances, where the clamp would sometimes spring off, especially when dealing with full filament rolls. The new hook design is sleeker, simpler, and easier to assemble. It also eliminates tension-related problems that could arise when the guide interfered with the filament roll.

Installation Tips
Assembly is straightforward, but it's crucial to ensure that the TPU pins are perfectly round to avoid any friction that might cause the hook to slip off the button. Align the parts according to the reference images for the best fit and performance. This version provides a more stable and reliable solution for guiding your filament, with a focus on simplicity and ease of use.
