P1S Official Size Drag Chain PTFE Tube Clip

I downloaded a PTFE cable chain clip design from MakerWorld, but the printed part was significantly larger than the original, occasionally contacting the top right edge. After comparing it to the official dimensions, I found it considerably smaller. Therefore, I redesigned it based on the original clip's measurements.

The printed version closely matches the official dimensions and appearance.

The official clip uses a small amount of adhesive to prevent detachment. I haven't experienced any detachment during printing, but adding a bit of glue is recommended if necessary.

PETG is the recommended material.

Please install this clip in a non-bending section of the cable chain. Refer to the original clip for the correct placement!

November 17, 2024: I discovered that Version 1 lacked sufficient material strength; prolonged use resulted in deformation. Version 2 addresses this by improving the cable chain retention mechanism and widening the PTFE tube movement area. The part is quite small, thus printing precision is limited, requiring firm insertion.

November 20, 2024: Version 2 has been in use for three days without issue. The increased PTFE tube movement range allows for more flexible cable chain and PTFE tube articulation at certain angles.
