Description

Tree shaped lamp with name.

Essential for Christmas and New Year Eve events!! It can be a very nice gift or better you can use to name seats for family and friends meals.

No support needed, and the target is no glue neither.

So far I tested a base of 36.5mm and the Bambu Lab one (37mm). Two different profiles are provided for the two kind of bases.

Printing:

Print the tree with the given profile, for the base use the base of the tealight led of your choice.

You can print the base with or without a name. When using a name I used 0.20 standard profile. In my opinion it is already a good quality and in this way you will reduce the amount of poop produced.

Also consider to print all your names at once to further reduce the produced poop!!!

To personalize the base name, select the Base object, then select the “Text to be modified" sub object and update the Input text field

Mind that for some reason I do not understand once you update the name, Bambu studio would invert the text. Don't worry, just move the text a little bit using the yellow holder and things will go back in place.

Finally in case you want to move the object you should hold it by the base rather than by the transparent cylinder in face.

Note that those Cylinder is necessary to increase the beauty of the final text, thus I suggest you to keep it hehe.

Installation:

Print the tree and the base without name or with your personalized name

As the tree does not have the bottom, there may be a dirty junction that you may need to clean (only external perimeter)

Note that you could try to print the base you could ad it if you prefer, but then it would require to drill a lamp hole in it (Global frame, Strenght menu, then set Bottom shell layer to 1)

Assembly is glue less but then it needs a little push starting by inserting and aligning an angle of the tree with the base. Do that facing the bottom, as in the picture.

Enjoy!!
