Bambu P1S Enclosure Exhaust Component

Extension guide for the exhaust port of the P1SC enclosure fan, to direct the exhaust of toxic and harmful gases, can be connected to an air purifier or directly discharged outside like me.

The 90-degree elbow is printed in two parts, after printing, the dovetail joint should be sanded and glued together.

The magnets used in this version are 5*1.5mm, and the connecting screws are the hex socket countersunk screws from the Bambu cleaning head.

This version provides multiple forms of connecting parts, which can be printed according to actual needs. Print a small number first to check whether the mating gap is appropriate (due to the different shrinkage of materials). If the connection is not tight, it can be fixed with glue.

I used R3D PETG material for printing, heated bed temperature is 65, printing temperature is 250, except for the main body holes, other parts are not supported. Except for the overhanging male and female heads, there is local stringing, other parts are fine, and the fit is tight. This version provides support, if you don’t care about the details, you can use it without support like me, if there is stringing or skipping, you can use a utility knife to shave it off, which is very convenient.
