I’ve been boxing for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that a jump rope is the ultimate tool for warming up or burning calories! This particular rope is a beaded rope and is perfect for performing tricks.

All you need is a 2-3 mm thick nylon cord! The length of the cord depends on your height. I’m 1.72 m tall and my rope requires about 82 beads.

I suggest printing a few beads in TPU, specifically the ones in the middle of the rope that touch the ground. Since I jump on a carpet, I simply printed them in PLA. 😄

The original beads are typically made of ABS or similar materials. They are designed to protect the rope, and if one breaks, it’s easy to replace.
