Description

Bring the intensity of Helldivers 2 into your collection or cosplay setup with this meticulously crafted 3D printed AR-23 Liberator prop. Inspired by the signature weapon used in the acclaimed video game, this replica is designed for authenticity, combining detailed aesthetics with a sturdy build perfect for display or cosplay use.

This model features precise details including realistic texturing and design elements that reflect the futuristic, tactical style seen in Helldivers 2. The piece has been carefully assembled and printed, resulting in a high-quality finish and making it an eye-catching addition to any gaming or prop enthusiast’s collection.

This model is broken out into 29 pieces to be able to achieve the highest quality prints through their optimal print orientation. There are 8 pegs used to help join and align the individual pieces. I used super glue (CA glue, super glue, JB Weld all work well) to put everything together (some pieces may fit slightly different depending on your printer). The attachements are meant to just slide onto the picatinny rails and remain through friction fitting.

For your convenience, I have broken out the print profile until different build plates based on color. The print profile was made using the X1C, though you may want to tweak settings to dial in on your specific printer.

1.13.25 Update: New, Improved, and more accurate optics mount has been added. A separate print profile has been created for this.

**Printing Note

If you have trouble printer the lower (as it can be a bit tricky the way it is oriented in the print profile, this was to retain more overall detail), you may try and orient it another way (i.e. with the top towards the print bed).

11/18/24 - Adjusted some geometry on the bottom front rail attachment in the raw files.
