QNAS4 Hard Drive Cage

A hard drive cage with a simple structure.

4 x 3.5-inch drive bays.

Uses standard silicone anti-vibration screws for installation, each drive requires at least 4 anti-vibration screws.

The silicone provides the necessary damping for plugging and unplugging, making it less likely for the hard drive to fall out.

Silicone also provides good shock absorption, preventing the vibration of the hard drive from interfering with other hard drives and the chassis.

Disadvantages: There is no hard drive handle, so you may need to use a tool to pull out the hard drive.

Backplate: QNAS4 standard backplate and integrated backplate.

Since this design has been widely disseminated, some manufacturers have produced and sold backplates, which you can purchase on Taobao or Xianyu.

The model defaults to M2 holes (backplate holes), if necessary, you can use a drill bit to expand the holes.

Even if you don't install a backplate, you can still use it as a regular hard drive storage box.

The four hot melt nut holes on the side use M3*5*4.5 self-tapping nuts, which can be used to fix the cage to the chassis.
