Added Bpro model. Compared to the original Type B, the Bpro has adjusted the size of the large front compartment, allowing it to hold alcohol or glue. The drill bit storage area at the front has been adjusted and an extra row has been added. For friends who need to enlarge it, please be sure to measure the distance between the bottom surface and the top surface of the hole after enlarging, to ensure it is not shorter than the length of your marker pen barrel. Otherwise, it may make the pen difficult to retrieve, and the middle of the three rows of marker pen holes in the main body will be slightly higher! After testing, if your pen cap diameter is greater than 14mm, this pen holder will be difficult to adapt to

I. Super Pen Holder Type B Introduction:

• Different Focus: Type B is an enhancement based on the Type A frame, primarily focusing on all-round storage, emphasizing tool pen holder features
• Adjusted Tilt Angle: Type A is 45 degrees, Type B is 65 degrees. This allows for a more intuitive view of the specific shape and position of each tool in the pen holder when in use
• Regular Slot Style Adjustment: Since the focus is on tool pen holder features, the storage needs for long, flat, and round tools must be considered. This area has been streamlined to 3 quadrilateral spaces. After testing, storage capacity has been enhanced, allowing scissors, sprue cutters, etc., to be placed without issues
• Temporary Brush Storage Slot Adjustment: Due to low frequency of use, it has been reduced to a single row to free up space, and this area has been expanded to 10mm, allowing regular pens, carving knives, tweezers, and other tools to be placed inside
• Front Small Slot Adjustment: Due to the adjustment of the tilt angle and the reduction of the temporary brush storage slot, this position is deeper and wider, suitable for storing tools less than 100mm, such as erasers, lighters, blade boxes, drill bit boxes, etc
• Added Small Hole Array Area: Trimming, drilling, and sanding are inevitable when working with 3D models. Therefore, this area is designed with 3 common sizes of round holes, approximately 20mm deep, for temporary storage of spare drill bits and accessories, or for inserting paintbrushes, and can even serve as a drying stand base for models. The lower edge also has a horizontal groove for tiny needles
• Rear Infrequently Used Parts Storage Slot Adjustment: This area has been completely shelled out, theoretically allowing longer items to be placed, such as glue nozzles, heat shrink tubing, etc
• Exclusive Expansion Structure: In addition to universally usable expansion modules for Type B, an exclusive Type B expansion module will also be available in future updates
• The pen holder is compatible with marker pens with a diameter of 12mm or less. If it's too small, you can directly enlarge the model to fit

II. Printing Instructions:

• Try to print with PLA. Tests show PETG has a risk of warping, easily leading to an uneven bottom, and can only be compensated with a sponge mat!

  

• This model has been optimized for 3D features, has no overhangs, no supports, and has no specific requirements for printing parameters or filament. You can set basic parameters according to your preference

• If your marker pens are not of the style recommended in the last photo of this article, then you need to measure carefully before deciding whether to scale the model

• Model scaling operations are as follows:

  1. It is important to know that the inscribed circle diameter of the designed hexagonal hole is 12mm, with a wall thickness of 1mm

  2. Enter the slicing software and combine the pen holder and palette (scaling them separately will increase tolerance)

     

  3. Use the measurement tool, select the same side of two adjacent holes in the middle of the main body (this dimension includes the outer wall thickness, default is 13mm) and measure the diameter of the marker pen cap, which is approximately 12.5mm

     

  4. A 0.5mm difference between the two dimensions provides optimal results. Assuming your marker pen is 13.5mm, then click the modify button and enter 14, then select scale all, note

     

III. Customization

• The pen holder has a LOGO, you can choose to remove it or print in a single color and then paint it yourself
• The main body can hold a fixed number of 24 acrylic marker pens. It can be paired with expansion modules to support 36, 48, or 60 marker pen storage. Additionally, regular irregular slots can be expanded via the slide rail
