Here is my model of a hook that can be attached to various boards or similar surfaces.

No screws are needed; it holds solely due to its design.

I will add various board thicknesses; then you only need to measure which one you require.

The standard hook is adapted to the window sills present here and has a spacing between the struts of 28mm (01 for pressure tolerance).

I will add the standard wood board thicknesses of 12, 16, and 24mm, and should anyone require a different measurement, I can gladly modify the model in exchange for a thumbs-up and the measurements in the comments and upload it as an additional profile.

The shape of the hook changes slightly due to the altered measurements, which however should not restrict its function.

As seen in the photo, it can withstand quite a bit (I weighed it especially, and the backpack weighs approximately 3kg)

Accordingly, where you attach it, you should ensure that the radiator is not too warm, as I suspect that the material will deform in the long run under load if the temperatures are too high.

Printed on the A1 from PLA.

I hope I can help someone with this, and feedback is welcome.

PS: When trying out the different sizes, I noticed that, especially with wooden boards, the measurements vary more than expected. A simple and functional fix for this would be to simply cut paper/cardboard one-sidedly (accordingly, whether and how much play the holder has) and stick it to the upper supporting surface.
