This is the print profile using the file with better tolerance of 0.1mm vs the original which just had 0.03mm6 walls,  7 top shell layers, 2 Plates, one for the yellow parts and one for the black parts with one if them split in two to generate end-caps. Enjoy.

I chose PETG to print this but there is no reason you can&#39;t use PLA  The tolerance of the attachement tab are very satisfying and once snapped in place they do not move.  No support needed,  Can be printed in draft but the finish is better in 0.2, the 6 wall seem extreme but ensure a nice top finish of the slanted sides. To generate end-caps simple split the model in X by 90deg and save both parts so you get an end cap for either end.

This is the print profile for the 0.5mm tolerance between the parts allowing for easier install and removal.  Uploaded as per popular demand. Printed in PETG.

So i decided to design my own and i&#39;m so happy with the result I wanted to share this with you all. If you have an electric extension cable or network cable that has to cross your pathway, this expandable solution is for you. Simply hold the assembly in place with carpet tape or double sided tape or 3M command strip or similar method. These can be printed on the A1 mini as well as each section is 150mm and you just need to print as many as you need to protect your cables. I used PETG but there is no reason this would not work with PLA
