Description

🛵 Modern Vespa Key Holder

A practical and stylish key holder inspired by the iconic Vespa GTS design.

The key holder protects the key when closed, and its shape recalls the rear body of the Vespa GTS scooter. On one side you’ll find the graphic grille from the GTS Super Sport, while the other side features the classic Vespa logo. Both details are embossed.

An alternative version is also included, where the embossing is minimal and intended for color painting in the slicer, making it easier to print in multiple colors.

Printing

  • Designed to be printed without supports.
  • The minimal supports needed for the keyring loop are already built into the STL.
  • Best printed in PLA.

Assembly

To assemble the key holder you will need:

  • 1 × M4 self-locking nut
  • 1 × M4 × 20 socket head screw (hex drive)

Optional: two thin Teflon washers (0.2 mm) can be added between the rubber part of the key and the holder to reduce friction. I made mine using a punch and a Teflon sheet I had at home, but they are not strictly necessary.
