EIBOS Polyphemus Replacement Port & Filament Plug

The silicon plug of the filament output port of my EIBOS Polyphemus got broken. Therefore I designed a replacement port plug and printed it in TPU.

To get the filament out of the dryer without opening the lid, I designed an additional filament plug which holds the end of the filament in place. When removing the plug, the filament will be pulled out as well. After removing the plug from the filament, the PTFE tube can be installed and you can print directly from the dryer.

Of courese, the filament plug works also with the orignal silicon plug of the filament output port and the replacement port plug is woks with the original one as well.

Attention: The rotation function of the filament dryer wil not work properly while the end of the filament is fixed in the plug.
