Updated December 20, 2024 (Model files and print configurations have been updated synchronously. Previous files have been removed. If needed, please join QQ group 914682474 and complete the BOM)

Some users reported excessive play and inability to tighten the back-and-forth movement. My apologies for not considering the tolerances of various printers. Therefore, I've updated the following six models. Users who have already printed them may choose not to update. Print configurations have been updated and P1 series printer configurations added. If errors persist, manually export the model as an STL and re-insert it. Note that some models require supports.

Update details:

1. Base: Added a positioning slot to the right of the fan mount, complementing the new locking mechanism for enhanced stability;

2. Rear section: Removed screw holes for improved aesthetics;

3. Clamping ring: For use with the new locking bolt and base;

4. Locking bolt: As above;

5. Front section: Reduced screw holes for enhanced aesthetics;

6. Middle section: Reduced screw holes connecting to the front section, added locking grooves, and added a clamping ring (note the new supports; see the print file);

7. Updated assembly video; scroll down to view.

Low-cost, large-size, high-speed (tens of thousands of RPM), infinitely variable speed, multi-purpose high-bypass ratio simulation aircraft jet engine fan

Low cost: Hardware cost ¥25;

Large size: 114mm diameter, 230mm length;

High speed: Theoretical speed 12000 RPM (17000 RPM idling);

High fidelity: Power push rod, infinitely variable speed, high-fidelity shell;

Multi-purpose: Can be used for soldering fume extraction, blow-drying; tiltable 30° forward and 20° backward;

The print configuration file has multiple colors configured, but can also be printed in a single color. PLA, PETG, and ABS materials are all printable.

Hardware:

Purchase links are included in the BOM below. Note the highlighted items.

Printed Parts:

3MF is configured for multi-plate printing

It is recommended to select the material and print directly, or download the 3MF file, which is already configured. Below are a few points to note for the printed parts.

The middle and rear sections require support. This is already set in the 3MF file. If configuring manually, refer to my settings.
