A substitute for the Xiaomi in-car air purifier, this design can be used for sealed-box recirculation filtration, or modified with a USB fan for in-car air purification. The overall design philosophy prioritizes simplicity—avoiding screws whenever possible. Theoretically, no screws are needed; the upper and lower components are designed with tolerances that allow for a snug fit. A 6025 fan is seamlessly integrated into the upper assembly, accommodating fans with an inner diameter of 27.5mm and a height of 25mm or less. The fan cover can be secured using the fan's screws or adhesive. Material usage is approximately 80g, with an A1 print time of just over three hours.

It is recommended to purchase a Xiaomi in-car replacement filter with a steel mesh for a more aesthetically pleasing appearance, and to opt for a high-powered, adjustable-flow fan.

Xiaomi composite filters (with or without steel mesh) are available; however, the formaldehyde-removal version lacks PM2.5 functionality.
