20-Minute Quick Print Sunglasses

A strong competitor to sunglasses shops in scenic areas

Design Overview:

Quick-printing round-frame sunglasses. Removing the top and bottom surfaces increases printing speed, while the hollowed-out center allows for normal vision. By customizing the infill rate, you can freely adjust the proportion of light blockage. At 5 grams, it's ultralight and virtually unnoticeable when worn.

Print Time:

Printing time is 14.5 minutes, plus 20 minutes for preparation.

Versions:

Colors: Monochrome, AMS multicolor, and pause-and-change color versions.

Light Blocking Rate: The default version is set at 65% infill; personally, the light blocking rate feels slightly higher than the infill rate (the bottom layer line width is larger, but not measured), approximately 70%; other infill versions are indicated in the file name.

Weight, Materials, and Cost:

Standard PLA can be used for printing (matte black is recommended for the lenses, the frame color is optional). Material consumption is approximately 5g, very light, virtually unnoticeable when worn. Based on a material cost of 50 yuan per kilogram, the cost is approximately 0.3 yuan, making a one-yuan profit margin quite feasible.

The temples can be folded for easy carrying.

Simply insert the temples into the frame.
