Description

Finally there is a way to measure anything - in banana units!

This practical and stylish banana ruler can be extended indefinitely by printing more and more bananas and attaching them together. They easily snap together without any effort.

(you only need 2,562,666,667 printed parts to measure the distance to the moon!)

The scale consists of two parts which are mirrored. You need to print both of them and alternate them when you attach them together.

The print profile contains two of each, and in the raw file they are designated as A and B.

Q&A

Q: Is this ruler in metric or imperial units?

A: It’s banana.

Q: The ruler seems to be smaller/larger than an actual banana!

A: Odd, according to my measurements it’s exactly 1 banana in length. Print another banana ruler, measure the first one and make sure it’s the right size.

Q: Is a folding banana ruler really necessary?

A: Yes.
