Description

Will fit various pumps

Including but not limited to;

12v 15GPM

120V 22GPM

I have a “Roughneck” flammable transfer pump, shown in the photo, where the brushes (vanes) or wipers wore out and became lodged and some were missing. Obviously, the photo I have included is the “before”. I was too impatient to stop and take an “after” photo. Sometimes typical of me. I started with one of the “fins” or “blades” that were still intact and designed an exact replica to replace the worn part. This pump is a 120V electric pump or 12v DC designed to transfer flammable fluids. Hence why the brushes are made of plastic. I printed them in Polycarbonate (PC) and they work fantastically. With the springs listed below you have an entire rebuild kit for this pump. The file would work with any filament that is compatible with petroleum products or chemical resistant. For short term, you could probably use PETG, ABS, or long term PA6 or PA12, I do not advise using any filaments with additives such as CF Carbon Fiber or Glass Fiber GS. If you purchase the spring from Makerworld, it will provide you a complete “liquid side” rebuild kit.  Rebuild kits are available from retail stores for anywhere from $50USD to $200USD.  If you like this file, and it works for you please like, save, and maybe even a boost. I'm just getting into the CAD building and will always share the CAD file for you to tweak as needed. However, I do not permit my files to be used commercially without requesting permission directly. Thank you.

Like I said earlier, I'm new to this CAD stuff, and constantly learning something new every day.  I wouldn't object to a boost. Thanks for looking.
