Description
Overview
The sanding block holds 3.6" by 3" [91 x 76 mm] sandpaper which can be cut from common sheet sizes such as 3x 3.6" by 9". The block has a 90-degree corner and a 0.5" radius for sanding different edges. This sanding block is designed to only use printed parts.
Materials and Printing
Materials such as PLA or PETG are suitable.

Assembly

- Handle Lock
- 3.6" by 3" [91 x 76 mm] sandpaper sheet
Instructions
Slide the Bottom Thread part into the Bottom. Optionally, add super glue to fix it permanently.
- Wrap sandpaper around the bottom assembly.
Install the handle over the assembly and move the sandpaper to clamp tightly.
Lastly, thread on the Handle Lock to clamp down the sandpaper.
- Ready to start sanding!
