Druckprofil für PETG-HF, mit 04er-Düse.&nbsp;Einzelheiten:<ul><li>Nur noch eine Bauplatte (256mm x 256mm) für alle Teile.</li><li>Größere Bohrungen für die Schrauben (4mm mit 7,8mm Senkköpfen).</li><li>Verstärkungen in den Bereichen der Schauben und den Angelpunkten der Klappe.</li><li>Korrektur am Rahmen durch zusätzliche Abzugskörper, damit er sich ohne größere Nacharbeiten zusammenbauen lässt.</li><li>Anordnung der Bauteile geändert sowie Einstellungen des Profil optimiert, um bessere Druckergebnisse zu erziehen und deutlich weniger Stützmaterial zu benötigen.</li><li>Einen anpassbaren Beschriftungstext auf der Klappe hinzugefügt (Post oder z.B. Familiennamen), wenn nicht gewünscht einfach löschen oder leer lassen.</li><li>Optional für Smarthome: Habe im Rahmen eine Aussparung für einen Reedkontakt (RK 2mm x 14mm) hinzugefügt und in der Klappe für einen Neodym-Magneten (8mm Durchmesser und 2mm Dicke). <boostme><boosttitle>Boost Me</boosttitle></boostme>A mailbox-letterbox lid/flap - the one at home was broken so I made one.&nbsp;the parts are on 3 print plates for the X1C, due to the size I am not sure if they work on other buildplates. It is the maximum size so I was lucky to be able to print this one.&nbsp;Peaces fit very tight, you may need to use a file to make it fit it perfectly. Depends on shrinkage and printing but in my case it worked out well directly.&nbsp;Printing the lid/flap itself : plate 3 may lead to some warping so the second time I printed it on a build plate of CryoGrip with a small brim on the bottom, it worked out very well (the result you see on the photo&#39;s&nbsp;There may be a little filing needen on the 2 pins of the flap and on the round top side of the axle of the lid to ensure that the flap closes automatically.&nbsp;So there may be a few issues but in the end it prints out fine (4 pieces fine in one go, the flap fine when a better adhesion to the buildplate is possible.
