An upgraded full-frame version based on the previous work (https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/679586), offering enhanced strength and aesthetics. However, only one can be printed per build plate at a time. The previous version, with proper arrangement, allows the A1 to print five sets simultaneously.
After inserting the cardboard box into the reinforced right-angle brackets, apply super glue to the gaps for added strength. For heavier components, consider applying epoxy resin to the entire box after installation. Once the cardboard absorbs and cures the resin, it will become a rigid material similar to fiberglass.
A base plate is included for compatibility with Gridfinity 40-size component boxes (see https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/679384). The interior dimensions of the Bambu Lab filament cardboard box (with spool) perfectly accommodate five 5x5 Gridfinity 40-size component boxes. For 6U boxes, up to 25 can be stored; if using 3U boxes to hold smaller screws or electronic components, three 3U boxes can be stacked vertically, accommodating up to 75.
