Description
Inside form for pouring concrete around a 3" pipe. Place this over the sewer pipe and pour the concrete around the outside (not inside!) This will give you a gap around the outside of the toilet pipe to cement your toilet flange to the sewer pipe stub, and then pour enough of a flat area around the pipe to have a good surface to bolt the toilet flange to.
