Description

Very simple Dual Gauge Tramming tool for Routers and mills.

Built in two parts for printing easier/faster and strength. The bolts allow for a secure thightening of the rod and the dials.

All holes are 8mm. 

Material needed:

4 x M3x12mm (for the frame)

2 x M3x16mm (for the dials)

2 x M3 Washers (for the dials fixing screws)

1 x 8mm diameter 100mm long, steel rod (length may vary depending on your machine/application)

 

If the holes are narrow, just use a 8mm drill bit, by hand, to refine/enlarge the dials hole, but be careful, if you enlarge the holes too much, may be difficult to tighten the dials and the rod. Some blue tape may help, in this case.

 

Edit: As requested, I have uploaded the version with the 1/4" shaft.
