Design Inspiration:

The inspiration for this pressable succulent 3D printed model stems from a simple observation in my daily life—cacti and echinocacti. Whenever I see these small plants, their unique forms and resilient vitality fill me with a sense of amusement and vibrancy. So, how could I incorporate this lively feeling into my creation? A sudden idea struck me: combining the shapes of cacti and echinocacti with a mechanical keyboard would add both intrigue and practical functionality. Why not?

Thus, I designed this delightful fidget model, shaping them into miniature planters with the cacti and echinocacti serving as decorative keycaps. This design is not only creative and amusing but also functions as a stress reliever. Particularly during busy workdays, pressing these unique models offers a moment of respite and tranquility. It also serves as an elegant desk accessory, perfectly complementing your afternoon coffee break.

• Material Selection: To ensure durability and aesthetics, I chose high-quality Bambu PLA material. This material is environmentally friendly, easy to print, and produces a refined texture.
• 3D Printing Settings: For optimal detail reproduction, a smaller layer height is recommended. Variable layer heights were used in some areas to enhance the precision of the cactus and echinocactus shapes.
• Assembly: This fidget model can be directly installed on a standard mechanical keyboard without any additional tools—simple and quick.
