Description
An extraction adapter that is firmly attached to the PBD 40 and has a connection for the Bosch EasyVac / AdvancedVac vacuum cleaner.
Printed with Bambu PETG HF. PLA is not recommended as it is brittle and the parts could break.
The main part consists of four pieces that need to be glued together (retaining ring, tube base, tube top, adapter). The tube is simply slipped onto the retaining body.
Two versions of the foot are included (foot & foot no clip). The one with the clip holds better, but you have to cut a bit off the drill stand base (works very well with a Dremel and a cutting disc). To fix the foot, the pin is inserted into the hole.
Due to the modular design, the 'tube base' part can be replaced by another part to fit other vacuum cleaners.
Update: I have added two new versions of the segment and nozzle where the ball joint is 0.2mm thicker. This makes the connection between the segments firmer.
Update 2: I have added an adapter for the Kärcher WD6.
