Bicycle and Racing Bike Wall Mount
Print Profile(2)

Description
I really wanted a simple wall mount for my racing bike without spending excessive money on online products. Therefore, I decided to design my own solution.
For attaching the bike, a wooden dowel made of beech wood (other types of wood are possible) with the dimensions 35 x 300 mm is used. The wooden dowels are simply inserted into the holder and securely fixed by their own weight as well as the bike.
If desired, you can add some foam or rubber to the wood to protect the frame.
The holder is mounted using a 5.0 x 65 mm dowel screw together with a 50 mm concrete dowel.
You can choose from print profiles made of Bambu Lab's PLA Basic or PETG-HF. For a clean result, the maximum flow rate was reduced to 13 mm³/s for the PETG-HF.
So far, the PLA print has proven to be stable, however, the holder should be mounted in a dry, warm, and weather-protected place to ensure the longevity of the PLA.
For mounting in rather damp and cooler locations, there is the special print profile made of PETG-HF, which due to its material properties already has higher strength and is also weather-resistant.
