Description
Cover for KG Pipe (100/110)
For a simple inspection shaft of my drainage, I needed a new cover, as the original had crumbled. Here is my solution.
Print Files
- DrainageDeckel.step - Cover as shown with "Drainage" lettering
- KGRohrAbdeckung.step - Cover as shown without lettering
Features
- Fits on a DN 100/110 pipe.
- Very stable, so someone can even step on it.
- Also covers the edge to prevent dirt.
- Standard 15° chamfer to simplify fitting.
- Clear labeling (Drainage), so you still know what it's for later :-) (Model DrainageDeckel.step only)
My print settings were as follows:
- Material: PETG
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 0.2mm layer
- 4 perimeter
- Infill 20% Honeycomb
- 4 bottom layers, 4 top layers
- no supports
Updates
24.11.25 Version 1.1 with improved geometry for better brim printing. Adapted print profiles with variable layer height.
