This model helped me to to organize my Hueforge prints. I was looking for an easy way to put them on the wall and have the option to extend my collection.

If you would like to see more variants, please boost me. This model cost me a lot of time and a wide range of test prints. It will also motivate me to create more variants in different dimension.
It's important that your filament is calibrated as the object fitting is very tight to give a strong connection. Any over extrusion will may cause problems.
For my prints I've used Bambu Lab PLA Matte Charcoal and PLA Basic White with the default settings in 0.2mm. A test print with SUNLU PLA Matte showed the a calibration was need to find the correct flow settings.
I would highly recommend to do a test print of the following parts:
- Corner_Base
- Frame_Connector_Short
- Corner_Cover_no_gap_00 → no tolerance to fit on the corner base element
- Corner_Cover_tiny_gap_01 → tiny tolerance of 0.1 mm
For the corner cover exists two versions with a different tolerance settings. Choose the one that fits best based on your test print, beore you start to print more.
The rotation position of the base corner elements is also important. Therefore I've putted the letters to the surface:
- T = Top
- R = Right
- L = Left
- B = Bottom
The letter will help you to assemble the frame.
The picture below shows my Hueforge settings. For the width and height a tolerance of +-2mm based on 164x230 will work.
