Description

Bicycle fender to Suntour NEX fork attachment

These brackets are for mounting a fender to the Suntour NEX forks. For the stays the L-brackets attach to threaded attachment bosses on the fork as pictured. You will need four M5 screws and two M5 nuts for this. The upper mount that attaches to the fork bridge was short on the fenders I purchased. To drop the fender down to a appropriate level a fender drop bracket was made. You will need a M6x16 countersunk head screw to attach to the fork bridge. A conventional M6 bolt and nut was used to attach the fender to the drop bracket. I used PETG-CF for my brackets. I think other types of filaments will work here.
