Description

This is a 3/4” miter slot bar I originally designed for my Ridgid R4512 table saw, but it works with any standard ¾” mitre track slot.

In my original v1 version, I left a minimal clearance to allow for smooth sliding—but a few of you noticed a tiny bit of play that could affect accuracy. (I also witnessed it when building a very precise miter jig)

So I went back, tweaked the dimensions, and printed 10 prototypes to dial it in perfectly.  V2 now has absolutely no wiggle — It glides, but fits tight and snug. No wobble.

I also created a version with a T-track under the bar so it can hold my jig down (for my miter jig that is back heavy)

This design has connecting ends so you can attach them to make a long bar.

I use 2 or 3 of them to make a long bar for my jigs. Designed for 8 x ¾” flat socket head screws.

Features:
    •    Fits standard ¾” miter slots
    •    Connectable ends to create a long, straight rail
    •    Designed for 8 x ¾” flat socket head screws
    •    Printed in PLA (works great in my experience)
    •    Works with most sled and jig builds
