Electrical Cabinet

Part of a Series

This electrical cabinet is part of a series of several models (primarily workshop equipment) that I designed for my model railway shed (N scale). I will gradually release further models.

The Model

In my vision, the electrical cabinet is a piece from bygone eras. It is large and angular, features a substantial lever for switching something, has several different analog instruments or displays, and a large yellow sign warning of the dangers within. Additionally, it also bears an inscription in the bottom left corner.

The model measures approximately 24 x 18 x 9mm (scale 1:160 or N scale). However, its size can easily be adjusted in Bambu Slicer to suit a different scale, such as H0 (1:87) or tabletop, for instance.

Instructions

Because the model is very small and delicate, a 0.2mm nozzle is absolutely required for printing!

Printing with a larger nozzle will result in the loss of many details or prevent them from being printed altogether. The print profile includes the AMS option; you can print the cabinet in four colors. However, this significantly increases the print time; with four colors, the print takes approximately 2.5 hours (see photo).
