Description

Failed to feed the filament into the toolhead FIX

I have found out that the issue for me was a slight bent where filament goes into the PTFE coupler on the back. This simple print straightens the tube just enough (about 15mm) to make it go in smoothly.

Printing instructions

  • Print in any material that you see fit, personally I went with PLA
  • I already pre-supported the file (added custom “brims” that you can easily peel away)
  • You need three zip ties - there are files for 3,4 and 5mm thick ones

I have been using this with this mod - https://www.printables.com/model/454595-bambulabs-x1c-ptfe-bracket-extended-version

Please, do give me a feedback if it helped you!
