My recent desktop filming necessitated a tripod, yet commercially available options proved both overpriced and excessively lengthy. Consequently, I devised a transformable tripod incorporating a reinforced handle—a thicker grip better suits my preference, preventing nail snags—and a ring mechanism to facilitate shape alteration.

Required components include: three M3 x 20mm hex socket head screws, three M3 nuts, two M2 x 4mm heat-set inserts, and two M2 x 8mm hex socket head screws.
