Recently preoccupied with various matters, I finally found time to update the 2020 tapping auxiliary tool.
Supports end-face tapping of European standard profiles such as 2020, 2040, etc. Supports the use of M6 machine taps with a round shank diameter between 5.9~6.0mm. The tap tail needs to be connected to a square shank to hexagonal shank conversion sleeve.
Supplementary notes:
- For some special profiles, such as 2060HA, 2047, etc., it supports holes with a through-hole distance of 10mm from the edge. If a full hole is required, there will be a corresponding version for the specific profile.
- The through-hole diameter of the 2020V (V-Slot) profile is suitable for tapping M5 threads, and its tap size is not the same as the M6 tap. This jig can be used, but there will be a gap of approximately 0.4mm.
