Articulated Mechanical Butterfly
Print Profile(1)

Description
Introduction: My modeling skills are limited, and I wanted to complete this project in monochrome, so I persevered for an afternoon to create it; it wasn't easy.
Assembly Instructions: The model doesn't have many parts; assemble according to the images. 1. Prepare several lengths of filament or wire for the connecting pillars. 2. Use glue to secure some parts of the model (AB glue is recommended). 3. Prepare cut filament to secure the upper connection. A lighter can be used to melt both ends for fixing; a craft knife may be needed to adjust the filament width. 4. You'll need a keen eye to spot errors, as the creator might have made some omissions, and your patience is appreciated! All parts of the model can be used for derivative works, simply cite the source.
The initial idea stemmed from watching many videos of mechanical butterflies on Douyin; I found them so cool and captivating that I wanted to try making one myself, thus leading to this creation.
