Update: V2 is now available. By adjusting the base and removing the lettering, the hull line that plagued the old model disappears, reducing print time by over an hour.
Stability remains unchanged. It is also now easier to thread the dryer's power cable from the rear.
After an extensive search, I have developed a Skadis mount for the Sunlu S2 filament dryer that can be mounted laterally to the Ikea Skadis board.
The Sunlu S2 can be bolted to the holder via the two holes in the base plate. Simply loosen the screws on the Sunlu and then bolt it to the model.
The hooks are precisely sized for a perfect fit. I recommend printing the model in PETG, otherwise, the hooks may break.
It also works in PLA, but care must be taken during assembly and disassembly to avoid excessive force.
By using four hooks, the model is stable enough in PLA to hold the dryer including the spool.
