• Make sure the build plate is clean and clean the build plate regularly!Oily residues left on your hands after touching the print panel will greatly reduce print adhesion, and small debris and residue from previous prints will also affect the quality of the first layer, thus reducing the yield.
• Pay attention to filament drying, which will greatly affect your printing quality and printing experience! Filaments will inevitably become damp after prolonged storage. If stringing occurs, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer for drying parameters to dry the filaments. At the same time, most manufacturers do not perform drying processing before their filaments leave the factory, so our newly opened filaments are still slightly damp, and it is also recommended to dry them before use.
• When using filaments from a new manufacturer, it is recommended to perform filament flow calibration immediately and modify the calibration coefficient, which will greatly affect your printing quality and is a necessary process to allow the new filament to adapt to your printer.
• If you encounter problems such as a sudden decrease in print quality and yield, check if the nozzle is clogged, or try recalibrating the printer.
• Print at the recommended printing speed in the model description. Overhang quality and printing speed are directly related.An appropriate speed (too fast or too slow is not good) allows the material more time to cool and form during deposition.
• Set the bed and nozzle temperature appropriately according to different materials.Too high or too low temperatures will cause warping, layer deformation or adhesion problems, affecting print quality and success rate.
