Taking advantage of better plate orientation for the skull creates a much cleaner final product. There&#39;s a little support scruff on the top of the skull but this cleans up super easy with a hobby knife in a minute or two. I used Polyterra Cotton White (matte PLA) and the supports came right off without tools.<ul><li>repaired the STL (had some mesh errors)</li><li>oriented the skull to face upright</li><li>manually painted finer layers on the nose to smooth it out and maintain visual uniformity otherwise</li><li>general quality print settings applied</li><li>brim ears enabled</li></ul>You will need to do a little post-processing along the back of the skull, but the trade-off is a beautiful presentation on the front. Fortunately the thin lines on the back of the skull make for an easy clean-up, basically as unnecessary sacrificial material.&nbsp;The bone is also put up at an angle for my first one which worked ok, but when I printed a second one at a smaller scale (mommy/daughter set) I printed it flat with adaptive layers and it was perfectly fine so I&#39;m presenting this version with it flat. Stronger that way anyway.&nbsp;A SPARKLING CLEAN BUILD PLATE IS A MUST! Follow <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/filament-acc/acc/pei-plate-clean-guide">the guide</a> to avoid adhesion issues! If you have a Frostbite or GECO plate, now&#39;s the time to use it.&nbsp;I&#39;ve printed four of these so far without a single issue. If you&#39;re using an A1 series you might want to slow acceleration down to prevent the print from falling over. Cutting all acceleration values down to about 75% should do the trick.

Look, I know the print time is crazy, but if you have a 0.2mm nozzle and the time for it, then this is really gonna shine. If you want to wear it out regularly, you are probably gonna want those layer lines to be as smooth as possible. Makes for a great sanding experience as well. Check it out!

I took the pin and cloned it, then mirrored it so the piece doesn&#39;t have a flat part. I have only printed it on a Supertack so you may have to rearrange it for yours.
