mini retractable sword 2 - Mech Sword V2 design: Inspired by mecha's lightsaber weapons, jet equipment, mechanical claws, etc the overall shape is a lightsaber with detailed mecha mechanical elements adorning it and a hollowed-out window in the middle to enhance its technological feel

This is the second mini retractable sword in the series that I designed, modeled in Fusion360, Print in Place, no assembly required, no supports, prints in about 2 hours, can also be printed on A1 mini, the size is just right, suitable for both adults and children I will continue to develop this series

Notes:

1 This model is easy to print, but it's getting cold, a warm reminder to avoid spaghetti to improve the success rate: clean the print bed, print bed +5℃, spray adhesive/apply glue

2 If the first few layers of the model stick together and stretch before printing is complete, you can carefully cut it with a utility knife

3 If a section does not retract smoothly, it might be a minor extrusion issue in the middle or a layer shift, retracting it a few more times should make it smooth

2025-01-16 Update V4: Rounded Version

Because some friends gave feedback that the original design was still a bit sharp and needed to be reprocessed for children's play, so I am updating a rounded version print profile

2025-01-03 Update V3: Optimized Retraction, Increased Printing Stability

1 Optimized the occasional retraction issue: changed wall generator from "a wall" to "classic", hole compensation changed to 0.1mm (this is equivalent to making the blade thinner and stabilizing the line width to improve tolerance for retraction)
2 Increased stability: widened and thickened the first layer of the innermost blade's cuboid
