I am providing a 1:1 replica of a 50cc 2-stroke engine here. More specifically, it is the 50cc Airsal Sport for the Minarelli horizontal engine block. All dimensions are true to reality, except for the casing

The engine must be assembled just like a real one, and can, of course, be easily disassembled for demonstration purposes at any time

All parts of this engine are 3D printable, including the bearings. However, there's a special feature regarding the two needle bearings. The small rollers must be made by yourself. To do this, simply take your PLA filament and cut it into 10mm long pieces. Before that, you should straighten the filament a bit. Once you have cut enough, insert the bearing halfway into the connecting rod and push the pin all the way in. Then you can easily slide the filament pieces in, and you have a functional needle bearing

Alternatively, the needle bearings can be replaced with plain bearings. To do this, simply print two "tubes" with an inner diameter of 10.2mm and an outer diameter of 13.3mm
