It's very important to respect the nozzle size to obtain the perfect graphics!!
Don't worry if the slice time of the front panel is a bit long , it's very detailed!
This lightbox consists of two components: a front panel with detailed artwork and a back cover for structural support.
Materials and Equipment:
• Filament: PLA or better PLA+
• Light Source: LED strip
• Assembly: Glue for securing parts together
Printing Settings:
Front Panel (Zoro Design):
• Nozzle size: 0.2 mm
• Layer height: 0.16 mm
• Speed: Standard printing speed
Back Cover:
• Nozzle size: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.20 mm
• Speed: Standard printing speed
The two parts are glued together, with the LED strip housed inside to provide illumination. This setup ensures a balance of high detail for the front panel and efficient printing for the back cover.
