2025 New Years Headband with Jaunty top Hat

I wanted to come up with a fun accessory for our upcoming New Years celebration and decided on a simple headband with a jaunty little top hat perched on top. This is a very simple print and does not require an AMS. The headband and hat print as separate parts and have a locating pin to line them up to be attached together.

I designed these to be printed face down on the textured plate to allow them to have a bit of a sparkle effect when using silk filament or so you can transfer the bed texture of your choice onto the front of the numbers. The headband prints with no supports, and the Hat through a bit of trail and error has manual painted tree supports that so far seem to be working pretty well but do require a little bit of cleanup.

We have been testing these out for a little while and when printed in PLA they do tend to permanently deform after a few hours of wear, but I think for most people it should be good enough to hold up for a party. I was trying to strike a reasonable balance between comfort and durability, as well as fitting well on both adults and kids. Please let me know how these work out for you as well, I am happy to tweak the model based on feedback.
