LOTS of tweaks on this model to make it a cleaner print and more useful for tactical training.<ul><li>Trigger was back-filled so it&#39;s stronger</li><li>Trigger safety was removed from the face of the trigger to be more comfortable to use</li><li>Barrel was mostly filled in so there wasn&#39;t a huge hole the printer had to think about</li><li>The whole gun was split into two pieces with a dovetail cut. Now, supports are minimal, easy to remove, and almost none of them are on visible faces. This also allows you to make the gun two-tone with, say, an orange slide (for visible safety) like in the pics. (The profile is set to print by object, as well.)</li></ul>When assembling the slide onto the frame go slowly and smoothly. The whole thing only has 10% infill. If you removed all the supports it should slide in just fine, but the fit is tight and you&#39;ll need to be patient. Don&#39;t try to just slam it or hammer it in with lots of sudden force. Thanks to that tight fit you probably won&#39;t even need glue to hold it together.&nbsp;If you want to reduce supports even more then pull the model up in the editor of your choice and move the foot of the magazine closer into the magazine well. I left it for accuracy, but it would take off a chunk more supports if you did it.

This model consists of two parts that are glued together. It uses minimal support and requires no special techniques to print.I printed it in red because I needed it for educational purposes, but if you want to get a realistic result print it in matte dark grey or even better in metal PLA

This carrier is only guaranteed to work with the “Cleaner print for tactical training” print profile. It has cleanup done around the trigger and trigger guard that might be necessary for this carrier to fit.&nbsp;This model consists of three parts:<ol><li>The sled - this is the big gray part that holds the guns and has the hasps to guide the locking bar.</li><li>The locking bar - the long orange bar that keeps the guns in place.</li><li>The locking pin - when properly installed will prevent the whole thing from coming loose.</li></ol>&nbsp;When properly assembled and used this carrier will let you pick up the whole assembly even just from one of the guns on the end. This will make transportation/storage much easier and safer.&nbsp;When storing the guns, make sure that the hasp is towards the front of the guns and the low, flat portion points towards the back. (See the pics if you&#39;re confused.) This will make them more stable and secure. It will all probably work the other way, too, but the weight of the guns may tip the assembly. The carrier is designed to make sure that when filled nothing else touches the ground. (Look, if you want to load the carrier with guns going both ways at the same time I can&#39;t stop you. I&#39;m just telling you how it will all be the safest.)&nbsp;It&#39;s worth noting some finer points of assembly/usage. Note that the hasps (the holes on the pillars) are NOT identical. One has a skinny slot above AND below. This is the side you should insert the locking bar into. The smaller slot lines up with the alignment post on the locking bar. The other side (with the larger slot on top) is sized to fit the finger nut on the locking pin. If you insert the locking bar backwards the pin will not fit properly and you may have it come loose.&nbsp;If you&#39;re printing this without an AMS insert a pause at layer 376 …or just print it all in one color. You do you. The locking bar and pin are merged as one object in the 3mf file. The sled prints first, which is what allows folks without an AMS to still print it on one plate.&nbsp;Sorry, A1 mini folks, the sled itself is too long for you. If you&#39;d like to have a smaller sled/bar that would fit (probably only four slots) please leave a comment.&nbsp;Q: Isn&#39;t this basically an entirely different model?A: Um, kinda. The thing is, it only works with the one print profile for this model. I could put it somewhere else, (like my own profile, where I&#39;d even get the points for it) but you&#39;d never see it or figure out what to print for it, so I figured that making this model&#39;s listing more complete made more sense.
