Thermacell Refill Adapter for 4mm Butane Cylinder

Adapted for 4mm stem twist butane cylinders (CP250 Valve / CP Twist Fit Bayonet, usually around 220g)

You might have to play around with printing tolerances until you get it just right, these settings worked for me on a P1S with Overture PLA Pro. It's not the right size when liquid butane spews out of the end attached to the refill canister, or the adapter doesn't fit on the refill cylinder more than ~1mm. It should be a very tight fit that only just allows the refill cylinder to slide in ~5mm, you'll loose a little gas fitting the nozzle to your refill cylinder.

To Use:

• First, modify your Thermacell cartridge so it can be refilled https://www.instructables.com/Thermacell-Hack/
• Push the refill end on very tightly so it seats all the way in
• Position the adapter on the Thermacell cartridge, the o-ring should be evenly seated
• Push down firmly. Liquid gas will fill the Thermacell cartridge. A small amount of gas will leak during the process, but you shouldn't have liquid gas going everywhere.
